It is an advanced student/intermediate model saxophone by Yamaha Japan.  This model was released between YAS32 and YAS34ll and it was a very popular model in 90s in Japan. 

The Yamaha instruments are famous for intonation, free-blowing and in tune. 

If you start learning or have been renting for a while, this is a chance to own your saxophone !
