Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE courier services to anywhere in New Zealand for all orders over $50.00. Orders under $49.00 to all New Zealand addresses are a flat rate of $5.00 - will be applicable automatically when you check out.

We use now CourierPost for all our courier services. Order value over $100.00 or delivery to work, we require a signature to receive as the proof of delivery. If you wish to not require a signature for your order (permission to leave), please let us know when you make an order.   

Once you have finalised your order, you will receive a confirmation email and order summary for your records.  Automatic notifications will be emailed you which includes the tracking number once your item has been dispatched with CourierPost.  NB: If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please check your Junk/Spam mail box.

We will always endeavour to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible (generally within 1-2 working days), however once the goods are in the hands of our courier company, unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please note that it would be 2-3 extra working days for a rural delivery.

For orders from outside of New Zealand

We can send our Pre-Loved Instruments and mouthpieces to overseas.  All prices are listed as New Zealand Dollars and including GST (Tax in NZ). Sending overseas, it will be less GST (15%) from the listed prices.  We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Master) or international bank transfer only.

2. We will email you back regards the freight options and costs. We normally use International Economy Courier (Tracked & Signature Required | 2-7 working days depends on the country) by New Zealand Post. 

3. Once we have received confirmation email from you, we will issue an invoice and email it to you.

4. As soon as we confirmed payment, we will send the item and we will email you again with a tracking number.
