again…Auckland is now at Alert Level 3. We would like to remind ourselves and our customers how we proceed with our
business under Level 3.
REPAIRS | SERVICES - Free courier
service for all repaired/serviced instruments
We
are accepting instruments for repairs/services under the Golden Rules for
Businesses at Alert Level 3 as follows:
If you would
like to drop off and pick up:
NB:
Please DO NOT visit us if you feel unwell or have cough or fever.
Before
coming here…Please remove all stuff from the case, except the mouthpiece (we
need it for the fitting) and enclose your full name, mobile phone number,
address and email address.
When you
arrive here…Please scan our NZ COVID Tracer QR Code at the showroom entrance.
Unfortunately, you are not able to
enter the showroom. Therefore, when you arrive here, One of staff members
will acknowledge you.
When the work completed, Mia will
contact you and email an invoice to you. Please arrange payment online
before collecting it. We can arrange the time for the collection and
explain how to pick up. Or, we can arrange the delivery for you if you
wish.

Please

Once
we have received it, the team will examine it and contact you regarding a
quote. When the work completed, Mia will contact you and email an invoice
to you. Please arrange payment online - Once we have confirmed payment,
we will courier it back to you asap. You will receive Automatic
Notifications via NZ Post. Please keep eye on the tracking for contactless
deliveries.
SALES - Free courier
service for orders over $50.00
Unfortunately,
the showroom will be closed during Alert Level 3, which means no testing
carried out on any instruments/mouthpieces. We are accepting online sales
only during Alert Level 3 period. Or, we accept orders by phone or email.
Our
online store is active 24/7 and we will dispatch your order with CourierPost
asap once we have confirmed payment. You will receive Automatic
Notifications via NZ Post. Please keep eye on the tracking - Check your
letterbox for small items if it’s under $100.00. For big items, a courier
driver will leave at the front door for contact less deliveries or please let
us know your preference when you make an order.
AT WORKSHOP
The team
will be conducting stricter cleaning and sanitation on all instruments,
mouthpieces and cases before we perform any work as usual. As well as
very regular cleaning of tools and contact surfaces at workshop.
Our
team will be maintaining to wear a mask and social distancing when they are at
work. Also, they will be washing hands with antibacterial soap or
sanitiing with hand sanitiser regularly.
