We are open as usual (Monday to Friday:  8.00am - 6.00pm | Weekends are by Appointments Only) and welcome back our customers to our premises under Golden Rules for Business at Alert Level 2.

 

The DR TOOT Team keep always mind that COVID-19 is still out there and we do everything to reduce the risk of the transmission at work - we all have a part to play in keeping each other safe.

 

We have asked the team to keep contact-tracing records, and please understand that we will keep the records of our customers who visited our premises during Alert Level 2.

 

REPAIRS | SERVICES - Free courier service for all repaired instruments

We are accepting instruments for repairs/services under the Golden Rules for Businesses at Alert Level 2 as follows:

 

Dropping off your instruments:

Before coming here to drop off your instrument, please remove all stuff from the case, except the mouthpiece (we need it for the fitting) and enclose your full name, mobile phone number, address and email address.

 

Under Alert Level 2, we are now welcoming you onto our premises.  When you arrive here, please ring the bell for assistance.  There is a bottle of hand sanitizer and disinfection spray for you to use at our entrance.

 

There is a white table at the entrance for you to put your instrument case on.  We will disinfect the case first, then a repair technician will assess your instrument and give you a quote.

 

Picking up your instruments:

When the work completed, Mia will contact you and email an invoice to you.  Please arrange payment online before collecting your instrument or our Eftpos is also available.

 

Sending us your instruments:

Please remove all stuff from the case, except the mouthpiece (we need it for the fitting) and enclose your full name, contact phone number, address and email address.

Once we have received it, the team will examine it and contact you regarding a quote.  When the work completed, Mia will contact you and email an invoice to you. 

 

Please arrange payment online - Once we have confirmed payment, we will courier it back to you asap.  You will receive Automatic Notifications via NZ Post.

 

Please note that there are significant delays in delivery in nationwide currently (up to 5 days) and keep eye on the tracking.

 

SALES - Free courier service for orders over $50.00

Our showroom is now re-opened and you are welcome to try our instruments/mouthpieces.  There is a bottle of hand sanitizer and disinfection spray for you to use at showroom.  

 

Our online store is active 24/7 and also we are accepting orders by phone or email.  You are welcome to collect your order from us anytime during the business hours.

 

Otherwise, we will dispatch your order with CourierPost once we have confirmed payment.  You will receive Automatic Notifications via NZ Post.  Please keep eye on the tracking and check your letter box for small items.  For big items, a courier driver will leave at the front door or please let us know your preference when you place an order. 

  

AT WORKSHOP

The team continued to maintain strict cleaning and sanitation on all instruments, mouthpieces and cases before we perform any work.  As well as very regular cleaning of tools and contact surfaces in the workshop.

 

We will be maintaining social distancing when they are at work.  Also, they will be washing hands with antibacterial soap or sanitize with hand sanitizer regularly.
